Once upon a time, under another username, I had a Livejournal. It was a personal journal that I only wrote in here and there, but I have fond memories of it, and I'm using this account the same way. As on LJ, my posts here are mostly access-only*, because part of what I miss about the Olden Days was having the ability to choose who I was talking to. If you're interested in following along with my nonsense and maybe in being real live internet friends, feel free to send a request.*
In existing here, I'm also attempting to reawaken useful skills that have gotten wonky or gone dormantish, like connecting with friendly strangers who have things in common with me. As of September 2025 I'm contemplating posting more crafty/artsy stuff, as that's supposed to be a core part of my identity and that piece of my soul has gotten pretty painfully dusty thanks to a variety of wrongnesses.

*Not sure whether "send a request" is the Dreamwidth-correct terminology; I'm sure you know what I mean. I also find the LJ term "friends-locked" rather more charming than "access-only," but I bow to locally defined accuracy in this case.
